// February 24th, 2009 // DEVELOPERS, PANELS
The title says it all really. The latest beta version of the Panels SDK has been released, and is available now to download free from the Sony Ericsson developer portal.
The new beta includes Open GL ES support and allows you to access the internal hardware graphics acceleration on the X1.
If you’re a developer with any questions drop me an email and I’ll put you in touch with the right people at Sony Ericsson.

hope it will help to solve The Missing Driver puzzle ))
I have a crack with my Xperia, as with others having this device. It cracked near the volume control rocker. However, local Sony Ericsson only agreed to repair the damage with a hefty fee. There are no visible damage other than the crack. It is outrageous that a high-end expensive device have cracks that compromised the brand name of this company.

Hi,
My Xperia has got a terrible O2 panel. I’ve tried to get rid of it but can’t. Can you help?
used to have that problem with the o2 panel.
you can delete the actuall panel if u have a look through the phone. i did this when i first got the phone as the o2 panel is useless!
or you can upgrade to the new firmware.
i would suggest the generic uk version if u live in the uk.
i sent mine away to be repaired at an o2 store and it came back with the brand new generic uk firmware.
good luck
